Conditions of Attendance – Online TOIP / Driver Education Course

To ensure a smooth and compliant learning experience, all participants must agree to the following conditions before attending the online course:

1. Identification Requirements

You must provide a valid photo ID (e.g., driver licence, passport) before the session begins. Your name on the booking must match the ID provided.

2. Attendance & Participation

You must be present for the entire duration of the course to receive a Certificate of Completion.

You must actively participate in discussions and activities as instructed by the facilitator.

You must join the session on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

3. Technology Requirements

You must have:

A stable internet connection

A device with working camera, microphone, and speakers

Your camera must remain on for the entire session to verify attendance and engagement.

4. Environment Requirements

You must attend from a quiet, private, and non-distracting environment.

You cannot attend while driving or from a moving vehicle.

You cannot participate while at work or during other activities.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

Respectful behaviour is required at all times.

6. Refunds & Rescheduling

Requests for refunds or rescheduling must be made according to our cancellation policy.

Failure to attend the online session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

7. Certification

A Certificate of Completion will only be issued if:

You meet all attendance requirements

You actively participate

You comply with all instructions and course rules
